This session will cover essential elements outlined in the CanPath Data and Biosamples Access Application Tip Sheet, including:
- Guidance on completing all sections of the application form;
- Strategies for defining your research team and affiliations accurately;
- Quick tips on crafting scientific abstracts and lay summaries to highlight the significance of your study;
- Recommendations for requesting biosamples and laboratory analyses, including detailed specifications and justification;
- Advice on selecting variables and datasets to avoid common pitfalls, and more!
The “Access Office Hours” virtual series provides researchers with an opportunity every quarter to ask questions they may have about CanPath data and biosamples, the access process or the CanPath Portal.
