Amy Li is a first-year Master’s student in the Medical Genomics program, with a strong interest in the intersection of variant analysis, bioinformatics, and multi-omics. She became inspired to contribute to CanPath after learning how its data can be used to explore genomic and environmental influences on health. With a solid foundation in R programming and experience working with health survey and genomic data, Amy is passionate about applying her programming expertise to support large-scale, impactful research that advances population health outcomes.
