Current Opportunities

CIHR Team Grant : Beyond Treatment – Advancing Cancer Survivorship

This grant brings together interdisciplinary research teams to better understand the long-term effects of cancer treatment and improve survivorship care, while explicitly encouraging the use of existing data resources such as CanPath to generate real-world evidence across the cancer survivorship journey.

Registration deadline: February 24, 2026
Application deadline: May 20, 2026
Funds available: $18M total for approximately nine (9) team grants of up to $400K per year for up to five (5) years
