Noah is responsible for providing coordination and oversight of activities related to the day-to-day operations of the National Coordinating Centre, including supervision of NCC staff, overall project management, financial management, stakeholder relationship management, leading the development of memoranda of understanding and the effective drafting and negotiation of research related agreements and service agreements liaising between internal and external stakeholders, and acting as a liaison between the Executive Director and collaborators/partners.
